The novel „My name is Marytė“ by Alvydas Šlepikas translated into Dutch

On November 18, Embassy of Lithuania in the Netherlands together with Nobelman publishing house organised a presentation of the novel „My name is Marytė“ written by Alvydas Šlepikas. This novel is the first fiction book translated from Lithuanian into Dutch. Participants had a chance together with the author to travel through the story of writing this book about „wolf children“, to get to know the historical circumstances reflected in it and to learn about the destiny of some of these children.
