LITHUANIAN PRESIDENCY OF THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION MARKED AT THE EC JRC INSTITUTE FOR ENERGY AND TRANSPORT

On July 11th the Lithuanian Ambassador in the Netherlands Darius Semaška has introduced the priorities of the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the EU at the European Commission Joint Research Center Institute for Energy and Transport in Petten.
The ambassador has stressed that the completion of the EU internal energy market is one of the key objectives on the Lithuanian EU Presidency agenda. The director of the Institute Mr.Giovanni de Santi congratulated Lithuania on the assumption of the six-month rotating Presidency of the EU Council.
The event was organized by the Lithuanians working at the Institute.
