LITHUANIAN MUSICIANS AT THE INTERNATIONAL HOLLAND MUSIC SESSIONS

An abundance of musical talent is not enough for a glittering career in classical music. Good guidance and performance experience are also essential prerequisites for success. The International Holland Music Sessions supports young, talented musicians and utilises its international network in order to discover such musical talents. In addition, it helps young musicians on their way to the international concert circuit. The International Holland Music Sessions is renowned throughout the world for its successful formula for career development, which helps turning the dreams of talented musicians into a reality.

Intensive training of young musicians

Each year, The International Holland Music Sessions organises an international Summer Academy in Bergen NH, the Netherlands of which master classes and individual coaching are an integral part. Internationally acclaimed musicians and music pedagogues from top institutions throughout the entire world give intensive training to a new generation of soloists. On July 22 - August 8, 2009, within the framework of The International Holland Music Sessions, Darius Mažintas (piano) and Gleb Pysniak (chello) will perform in Muiden, Den Hoorn, Bergen NH and Leeuwarden.
