The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania extends an invitation to participants from governments, international organizations, as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations, scientific institutions and technical experts to attend an international seminar “Sea Dumped Chemical Weapons: Perspectives of International Cooperation” to be held in Vilnius, Lithuania, 30 September – 1 October, 2008.
