INTERACTIVE PROGRAM „VIALITHUANIA“ - GET TO KNOW LITHUANIA IN EUROPE AND EUROPE IN LITHUANIA
An interactive program „VIALITHUANIA“ was recently developed and launched in light of the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the EU to provide more in-depth knowledge about the country by underlining historical and cultural ties that Lithuania has with the other 27 EU member states.
The interactivity feature of the program allows every user to contribute to the accumulation of the knowledge base about Lithuania’s connections with the EU members. Moreover, „VIALITHUANIA“ is extremely convenient to use – contents are presented in both English and Lithuanian and the program is adapted for Android and iPhone (available on Google Play and iTunes), as well as regular internet browsers (at vialithuania.eu).
According to the media representative of the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the EU Rasa Jakilaitienė, „VIALITHUANIA“ may serve as a valuable education tool for students, tourists and everyone who is keen to learn more about Lithuania and the EU.
