EXHIBITION OF WORKS OF LITHUANIAN ARTISTS IN DWINGELOO
On the 2nd of August, the opening of an exposition of works of Lithuanian artists took place in Dwingeloo. A small foundation called ART GARDEN DRENTHE that is most famous for its original and creative garden designs organizes exhibitions of young as well as well- known artists. From August until November, the visitors of the center will have the opportunity to become acquainted with works of art of various Lithuanian artists, including Arune Tornau, Audrius Grazys, Grazina Vitartaite.
A guest of honour, the Ambassador of Lithuania to the Netherlands Vaidotas Verba, expressed his gratitude to the organizers of the exhibition for their initiative to present art pieces of Lithuanian artists in the Netherlands, and to the guests of the ART GARDEN center for their interest in Lithuanian art. Warm thanking words were addressed to the Lithuanian artist Arune Tornau, who actively participated in organizing of the exhibition and who came from Lithuania on the occasion of the opening of the exhibition to present the works of Lithuanian artists to the guests of the ART GARDEN center.
