Discussion "The rise of military conflict at NATO and EU frontier in Europe" at the Embassy of Lithuania

The discussion on the rise of military conflict at NATO and EU frontier in Europe took place on October 31, 2014 at the Embassy of Lithuania to the Netherlands. Ambassadors and representatives of the Embassies of the EU and NATO states as well as Dutch experts on defense and security policy participated in this discussion. The event was opened by the Ambassador of Lithuania H.E. Darius Semaška and the president of “Coalition for Defense” Mr Ton Welter. Keynote address of the event was delivered by the former Dutch Minister of Defence Mr Hans Hillen. The discussion was moderated by Mr Jeroene de Jonge, researcher at TNO, the Netherlands’ independent R&D institute.
